• Vehicles over six feet will not fit in the garage.
• There’s no cable. We’ve provided a Roku for streaming.
• This property is in a central location and prone to noise from nearby nightlife and new development.
• The bedroom is partially open to the living room and is not soundproof.
• Paid parking ($25/night) is non-refundable and valid from check-in to check-out. You acknowledge and agree that Reside Houston Downtown not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities
